About the Opportunity
We ‘re seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to create compelling and engaging content that helps drive our marketing strategies forward. As a content specialist, this individual will collaborate with multiple teams and partners across the business, including marketing, sales, engineering, product management and executives. They should have a keen eye for detail, be highly creative and an expert storyteller with a passion to produce professional and polished marketing content while bringing strong conceptual thinking, excellent writing and superior design skills.
Responsibilities
- Create multimedia content (web, print, and digital) to be used in a variety of marketing assets and mediums
- Collaborate with AYRO’s Marketing Communications Director and Product Development Team to lead the development of key marketing assets including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, emails, blogs, trade show materials, digital ads, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, sales documents, graphics and more
- Lead development, execution and production of organic product, training, instructional, use case/customer, corporate/factory and partner videos
- Leverage organic content to support PR, IR and social media posts, campaigns and promotions
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
- Participate in marketing copy creation
- Produce content in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Maintain brand standards and style
- Prepare design briefs, conceptualize visuals, draft and present ideas
- Break down technical concepts into digestible content
- Identify gaps in content and recommend new content
- Track content analytics and generate reports and presentations
- Review and update published content as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing content and asset creation
- Experience with content and layout design software and technologies (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
- Knowledge of various content platforms, such as social media, blogs, print media, web and content management systems
- Strong understanding of content practices, such as SEO, SMO and PPC
- Creative and visionary communication skills
- Research content and trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fluid environment across multiple functional groups and collaborate with various teams (internal and external)
- Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker that is receptive to feedback
- Proven ability to develop powerful and highly engaging presentations
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite and presentation tools (i.e. PowerPoint and Keynote)
- Experience in planning and managing video communications, both corporate and targeted
- An interest in sustainability and EVs
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time and resources effectively
- Results-driven, ability to take the initiative while ensuring internal communications and alignment
- Portfolio of published work is a plus
